Wunderbrow.. is it worth the hype??

Ok so I have been umming and ahing about this product for ages. I've always wanted to try it and when it came up on sale on amazon prime day it was the perfect moment to snap up a bargain obviously! 

I got Wunderbrow in the shade brunette. This seemed like the appropriate colour match & it definetly is after trying it! My brows are naturally quite dark and the blonde shade wouldn't look right on me as I have naturally quite dark features.

How to apply to get the best results; 

When applying you can't just open and apply as it would look awful, unnatural and blotchy. The best way I found was to put a pea sized amount on a wipeable lid (I use my Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pot because it's easy and I'm a bit obsessed with ABH!) after doing this I use my ABH brush to apply to my brows in small sections at a time. You can you use any pot or brush to do this. You need very little product, it really does go a long way. By doing this the product lasts longer and you only use what you need.

I have swatched the colour on my hands and the size of brush strokes I would do on my brows to create a natural filled in look. What I really like about this product is it actually stays on all day. I haven't tried it swimming or anything yet (but I will next week at the spa) to see how it lasts. I have found that it doesn't come off too easily so it lasts a day and if you wash & dont scrub on your eyebrows it stays on pretty well so would be a great product to use round the pool etc. The main reason I've been using this every day recently is because I love how well it lasts on me. Normally brow products look great but by the time it's 6pm I see it has faded even with brow gel on the duration of the day and definetly the weather plays a big role in this as I'm always  in and out of buildings at work. I guess it's just nice to come home after work and your brows looks as good as they did in the morning! So English weather wise it's a life saver.

This is the end results in natural daylight with zero filter. As you can see it's very natural looking and can be used to just fill in any sparce areas, which is what I use it for. 

Wunderbrow creates natural looking brows when applied lightly and correctly but could easily look awful if applied too harshly..but then again any brow product could. Wunderbrow is great for long days, rainy weather, when doing vigorous activity and I would imagine brilliant for swimming because mine doesn't come off unless I use face wash and need to rub it off that area or it doesn't move. 

The verdict:

If you want a product that stays put all day and can withstand English weather then this product is a perfect go to. I can only imagine it's great for holidays and being by the pool. It's a lightweight formula that is easy to apply. The product would be very hard to apply with the brush applicator so it's just the little extra bit more faff but it doesn't take any longer than other brow products. I was very skeptic all about this at first but I personally am loving this product and will definetly re purchase in future!
